  • What characteristics am I proud of?
  • What balances me? What is important to me?
  • How can people work best with me?

You will be surprised how much you can learn about a person within 10 minutes from these 4 simple questions.

 On the opposite spectrum great teams cannot survive with poor team moral and dysfunctional team members. Political or aggressive team players need to be managed. This has a significant impact on a launch team and needs to be addressed or the team will implode.
